There are NO REFUNDS on any shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unaccepted packages. We are not responsible if you enter a wrong address. Please double check your information before completing your order.

If an error has been made by us on an order that you placed from our website, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please submit orders directly from the website whenever possible.
